in one week, ive been beaten to the punch. both times in my own personal goals/respective fields/dreams/delusional fantasy. so much for originality.
i suppose i should congratulate the more qualified (if Gossip Records did just sign another vancouverite, and fellow Prime Collective dj jeff daniels) - and my phD certified cousin who gets to spearhead the charge writing my grandfather's memoirs, while i mindlessly transcribe cassette tapes.

I'm back home in less time than a Suns possession, so lets wrap it up.
Dublin has a bustling, concentrated (and seedy) city center, not much walking around to do, but we managed to hit up the necessary: Temple Bar - main clubbing district, the Jameson distillery, Dublin Castle, etc. also took a day trip to political Belfast (go read BELFAST DIARY) - 3hr bus ride following a night where we got back at 7am. *damn ze Germans* still think we should go to sleep Gordon? - took it in the cheesy tourbus method, which was pretty efficient.
Met the requisite hostellers - Americans, Aussies, Canadians, French.. while consuming enough Guinness daily to feed an Irish family of four. For those keeping score at home, it also has the most gorgeous plain-looking women in the world. I'm going to go ice my neck

you ready? im back from stockholm and catching a flight to dublin in a couple. update from Metro Weekender and the day before my last shift. germans are friendlier than advertised! # I arrived on what seemed like the busiest day of summer, just walking around the city I found international military band show, from swedish to pakistani, canadians, and everyone else in the midst of armed guards.. there was also a marathon and the world famous Django Festival. then with a bunch of people from the hostel we hit up Trodgarden, an open air club/beergardenn for a packed night..
Everyon'es going to ask about the Swede girls, well the stereotype is true - both women and men , blonde hair and Nordic eyes but I mostly always been a brunette guy
I caught the international Django Festival in Sodermalm, these guys were really impressive.. check the finger speed!
