lots of trains and lots of wine *UPDATED*

Self-explanatory.

Im in vienna today, we just left amsterdam yesterday and trucked all the way through frankfurt, stuttgart, and munich without stopping.. left at noon and arrived in vienna about 6am.
the train thru germany had broken down aircon, so it was about 38 degrees for 5 hours, although the rhine valley is amazingly beautiful which distracted us.

It helped that we brought a bottle of merlot (and followed it with several more smaller bottles of chardonnay) and met this wonderful lady named Christine from Koln.. actually she overheard us speaking English and was kind enough to let us know that the PA was announcing free drinks to make up for the train delay/scorching heat. when we got to stuttgart, thoroughly trashed, I'm not sure what really happened except we were playing football in the train station and were kindly asked to stop. Still having to kill an hour, Trevor bought a bottle of JD and another of coke so we could make some highballs, which have been missed sorely on this trip.

On the platform at Stuttgart we this gorgeous woman, Carola, who helped us figure out how we were getting to Vienna (since Trev couldn't work the pay phone, being hammered, we decided to forget staying in Stuttgart).. so we shared a car and several drinks with her as well until getting to Munchen (Munich).

At that point we didn't know what train to catch, but the train to Vienna also said Budapest and Belgrade, so we almost decided to skip all the above and just go straight to Serbia... but Trev couldn't really sleep on the train and this nice Hungarian man Gabor convinced us to slow down and check things out.

So now we are at a hostel with 10 bunks, it seems very nice, I lost 3 games of chess in a row to Trevor on this huge board measuing 6x6 feet on the patio. we already are bunking with several people and a german couple invited us to watch them perform in the theatre tonight (?) although internet is very expensive, 2 euro for 30 min. will stay here for 1-3 days then go. I might just stay in greece to work... the uk is kind of boring compared to the rest of europe.

Charging the camera which died yesterday, sorry no pics/vids til I find a place to hook it up to.

Oh yeah Lee back in Amsterdam almost died after smoking that joint, sorry about that old buddy.. but I bet you're glad we didn't call that ambulance for you after all.
